To start off a custom order contact us at our email hi-tonejewelry@wetmoreroad.com. Tell us in as much detail as possible of what you would like, from what type of metal (Gold, Silver, or Platinum), Type of stone, designs anything that you'd want your piece to look like.

As for payment we send you an invoice and payment would be done through the website where we will open up your custom for payment. Note that customs do take 2-3 weeks as they are handmade in store. If you are from San Antonio, Texas you have the option to pick up your piece in store or if you aren't we can ship to anywhere in the United States! Shipping can take up to a week due to COVID. All mail is shipped through USPS.
